The period of free storage of orders in the warehouse is 28 days. At the end of the free storage period, 1.00 USD per day is charged for each tracking number weighing up to 30 kg.
When ordering goods to a warehouse in tax-free Delaware, an additional fee will be charged for transporting the goods to a warehouse in New Jersey. The cost of the service is 1.00 USD/track.
We ask you to register the tracking number of the parcels in the office before they arrive at the warehouse. In case of registering a parcel in the Client's account, the warehouse worker will charge 0.25 USD/track instead of the User.
The warehouse worker can cancel the dimensional weight of the parcel to make the delivery cost optimal. When canceling dimensional weight, the service Removal of dimensional weight is automatically added, costing 1.00 USD.

First, you must register your account on the meest.shopping website or in the myMeest Shopping mobile application. By registering, you will receive a personal ID number, which is necessary to deliver purchases
In your personal account on the site or in the myMeest Shopping mobile application, select Recipient Addresses and fill in all the data. After creation, a confirmation letter will be sent to your e-mail. Please note that you need to confirm the recipient's address from the same device from which it was created.
Register on the store's website using the warehouse address as the delivery address for convenience. All addresses can be found here.
Fill in personal data: full name, e-mail, and add ID-number next to the name or in any other line where it is allowed to enter numbers. Please enter your warehouse phone number. Please note that some stores do not allow you to use one number several times. In this case, indicate your own phone number - this will not affect the delivery.
Now you need to purchase and pay for delivery to our warehouse. When placing an order, add the personal ID number you received during registration next to your name, but if the system does not skip it, add the ID number in any other line.
For the delivery address, please indicate the address of our warehouse in that country. In line with the phone number, do not forget to add the warehouse number. All information about warehouses.
After the purchase, the delivery service will send an e-mail with a tracking number. After receiving it, register the order in the myMeest Shopping mobile application.
Employees will process the application and issue an invoice as soon as the parcel arrives at the warehouse. You will receive a notification in the myMeest Shopping mobile app or e-mail. At this stage, you need to pay for shipping.
In the myMeest Shopping mobile app, go to the Order section, click on the item number, and select Send.
As soon as the parcel arrives at your specified address, an e-mail will be sent to your e-mail. Also, arrival information will be displayed in your account. Pick up your purchases faster and enjoy new clothes!
