MEEST Shopping Logistics s.r.o (subcontractor for parcels from USA represented by MEEST America Inc.), hereinafter referred to as the «Executor» provides services to an individual (hereinafter the «Customer») for the international postal delivery of goods through the online Meest Shopping service, purchased by an individual from the Seller with delivery organization to the address of the International Representation warehouse under the conditions of this Public Contract.
1.1. This Contract is concluded by obtaining the full and unconditional consent (acceptance) of the Customer to conclude the Contract in its entirety, without signing a written copy of the Contract by the Parties.
1.2. Legal relations not regulated by these Contract are governed by Act No. 29/2000 Coll., on Postal Services, and Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended. These Contract meet the requirements of postal conditions according to Act No. 29/2000 Coll., on Postal Services, as amended.
1.3. The Customer confirms the fact of acquaintance and agreement with all the terms of this Contract and the
Standard Terms of Meest Shopping Service in full by accepting.
1.4. The registration of the Customer in the personal account on one of the Executor’s websites https://global.meest. shopping/eu/faq, or through the mobile application is considered the acceptance of this Public Offer Contract:

1.5. By entering into this Contract, the Customer automatically agrees to the full and unconditional acceptance of the provisions of this Contract and the Standard Terms of Meest Shopping Service, which are an integral part of the Contract.
2. 1. Contract of public offer - a public contract, a sample of which is posted in the personal account at https://global.meest.shopping/privacy-and-personal-data-processing-policy.
2. 2. Acceptance - the Customer’s provision of full and unconditional consent to enter into this Contract in its entirety, without signing a written copy of the Contract by the Parties.
2. 3. Services - a Service or several Services in the field of international delivery (specifically - services for the delivery of international postal shipments, their acceptance at the warehouse, processing, and dispatch upon the Customer’s request), provided by the Executor and specified in the relevant section of the Executor’s Website https://global. meest.shopping/eu#tariffs or available for selection in the personal account.
2. 4. Customer - any capable individual who has accepted this Contract through the Executor’s website or accepted it by registering through the mobile application of the service (according to section 1.4).
2. 5. Executor - Meest Shopping Logistics s.r.o, providing international postal delivery services from warehouses in the UK and Ukraine, and MEEST America Inc., acting as a subcontractor, providing international postal delivery services from warehouses in the USA.
2. 6. IFS - International Postal Shipments, packed and processed in accordance with the requirements of the Universal Postal Union acts and the Rules for the provision of postal communication services, accepted for dispatch outside the European Union, arriving in the European Union, and also moved within the territory of the European Union in transit by the postal communication operator Karex.
2. 7. International Postal Exchange Point (hereinafter - IPEP) - a production unit of the postal communication enterprise that performs: processing of IFS; presenting them to the customs authority for customs control and clearance; sending them to the destination.
2. 8. Shipment - Goods (except those prohibited by the legislation of the European Union and the country of the Seller/Sender), packed and prepared for dispatch in accordance with the laws of the Seller’s country and the
European Union, accepted from Sellers, processed, and forwarded by the Executor at the Customer’s order to the destination country chosen by the Customer, with a «gross» weight not exceeding the established standards and requirements of the Executor.
2. 9. Order - a material object purchased by the Customer from the Seller or delivered to the international representation warehouse in the name of the Customer from an individual without a purchase procedure, properly registered in the user’s personal account.
2. 10. International Representation - a warehouse, the address of which is specified by the Customer for the delivery of the Order and is available on the Website at https://global.meest.shopping/eu/international-parcel-forwarding-address and in the personal account https://web.meest.shopping/addresses/meest .
2. 11. Seller - any natural or legal person who, for an appropriate fee, provides a service for the transfer (sale) of goods and/or organizes its delivery to the International Representation warehouse.
2. 12. Pickup – a service for receiving and transferring shipments from the point of pickup of the transportation company or the Sender’s representative, chosen by the Seller and/or the Customer, to the Executor’s representative.
2. 13. «OVERSIZE» – a shipment whose weight and/or dimensions exceed the approved company’s maximum size and weight parameters for cargo and therefore are forwarded only with prior information from the Customer, confirmation by the Executor, and the possibility of consolidating this cargo into separate Shipments, each of which will not exceed the maximum allowable weight and dimensions.
2. 14. Recipient – solely a natural person identified by the Customer in the user’s personal account at the time of order processing for shipment to the destination country.
2. 15. Additional Service – a service that cannot be provided independently but only as an addition to the main service.
2. 16. Personal Account - an online service for independent logistics management by Customers in the Meest Shopping service system, involving prior registration at https://web.meest.shopping/login.
2. 17. CN23 – customs declaration form automatically generated in the user’s personal account through data consolidation provided by the Customer during order registration.
2. 18. Carrier Company – a transportation and logistics company that carries out the Executor’s assignment of delivering shipments to the final Recipient in the destination country.
2. 19. Standard Terms of Service for Meest Shopping (hereinafter - STS Meest Shopping) – a set of provisions and instructions for using the personal account, regulating the conditions of operation of this service.
2. 20. Meest Shopping Service – a set of services, products, and software offered by the Executor on the website https://global.meest.shopping/eu.
2. 21. Unidentified Goods – an order that arrives at the international representation warehouse without prior registration in the Customer’s personal account and without accompanying documents for identification. Automatically entered into the lost cargo registry.
2. 22. «Send in one click» - expedited shipment processing that involves sending the goods immediately after arrival at the warehouse without the option of consolidation and selection of additional services.
2. 23. Tracking Number – a number for tracking the order provided by the carrier company after accepting the order for delivery.
2. 24. Order Number – a unique number provided by the store/seller after the Customer completes the purchase order.
3. 1. The Executor undertakes, under the terms and procedures specified in this Contract and the Meest Shopping System (hereinafter referred to as «Meest Shopping»), to provide the Customer with international delivery services. This includes the acceptance and processing of Orders at international representation warehouses, additional services as outlined in section 3.2 of this Contract, but not limited to, and delivery services for the Customer’s Shipments. The Customer, in turn, agrees, under the terms and procedures specified in this Contract and Meest Shopping, to accept and pay for the ordered services.
3. 2. The list of services provided by the Executor to the Customer is specified in this Contract and/or Meest Shopping System, available on the Website and in the personal account, and includes (but is not limited to):
3. 2 . 1. Providing the Customer with the address of the international representation warehouse for the delivery of Orders purchased from the Seller at the specified address.
3. 2 . 2. The procedure for accepting Orders at the international representation warehouse.
3. 2 . 3. Order processing procedure, including the application of all types of additional services provided by this Contract, but not limited to, their storage, and dispatch.
3. 2 . 4. Procedure for delivering the Shipment from the international representation warehouse to the International Mail Processing Office (MMPO) in Częstochowa, Poland.
3. 2 . 5. Procedure for transferring the Shipment from MMPO to the Carrier Company for delivery of the Shipment to the Recipient in the European Union.
3. 2 . 6. Customs clearance procedure for the Shipment.
4. 1. The Executor is obligated to:
4. 1. 1. Fulfill the conditions of this Contract.
4. 1. 2. Provide the Customer with services of proper quality as defined by this Contract.
4. 1. 3. Inform the Customer about the current Services and the conditions of their provision on the https://global. meest.shopping/eu
4. 1. 4. Compensate for damages incurred according to the decision of the complaint made by the Customer.
4. 2. The Executor has the right to:
4. 2. 1. unilaterally suspend the provision of services under this Contract in case of the Customer’s breach of the terms of this Contract;
4. 2. 2. obtain information from the Customer necessary for the provision of services;
4. 2. 3. engage third parties to ensure the provision of services under this Contract (including, but not limited to, shippers, carriers, customs brokers) without the consent of the Customer;
4. 2. 4. change the terms of service provision and their pricing by publishing relevant information on the official website and/or notifying the Customer through the user account or any other communication channel specified during registration;
4. 2. 5. unilaterally change the terms of the Contract and T&C by updating them on the official website and in the personal account;
4. 2. 6. request additional documents confirming the identity of the Customer and/or Recipient and the legality of purchases and card usage. This measure is applied selectively and may, among other things, be aimed at preventing fraudulent activities with payment cards.
4. 2. 7. unilaterally block the Customer’s account upon receiving information from the Seller, Carrier, U.S. Security Service, or other executive authorities of the Customer/Executor regarding the Customer’s unlawful actions in the process of order processing/purchase using the address of any international representation for delivery.
4. 2. 8. exercise other rights in accordance with the current legislation of the European Union, the Executor’s country, and this Contract.
4. 2. 9. unilaterally identify high-risk shipments and cease providing services to the client without explaining the reason for terminating cooperation.
5. 1. The Customer is obligated to:
5. 1. 1. familiarize themselves with the provisions of this Contract and T&C at the time of registration on the Executor’s website or in the mobile application;
5. 1. 2. timely pay for and receive services on the terms of this Contract;
5. 1. 3. use the personal account and mobile application following the T&C of Meest Shopping;
5. 1. 4. provide the Executor with information about the content/characteristics of the Order and other information upon the Executor’s or International Representation’s request;
5. 1. 5. compensate for damages caused to the Executor or third parties engaged by the Executor to ensure the provision of services under this Contract by providing false information about the content/characteristics of the Order or personal data of the user of the personal account;
5. 1. 6. adhere to the list of prohibited goods for transportation and independently take responsibility for the accuracy of declaring information about the content/characteristics of the goods.
5. 2. The Customer has the right to:
5. 2. 1. receive services according to the terms of this Contract;
5. 2. 2. request information from the Executor about the provision of services under this Contract;
5. 2. 3. request the Executor’s possibility of providing additional services not covered by the terms of this Contract.
6. 1. Information about the current cost of basic and additional services is displayed on the official website of the Executor’s service and/or in the personal account. The final cost of the Shipment is calculated by summing up all basic and additional services and generating a corresponding invoice in the personal account.
6. 2. The Customer pays for Meest Shopping services by making a payment of the invoice in the Personal Account through the payment systems according to the conditions of this payment system. Payment of the invoice in the Personal Account is possible with Visa and MasterCard bank cards or through Google/Apple Pay.
6. 2. 1. Payment of the payment system fee or other additional charges by the payment system shall be paid solely by the Customer.
6. 3. In exceptional cases, with the Executor’s agreement, payment for certain additional services directly to the International Representation is possible via PayPal to the personal account of a specific International Representation or through Revolut for product purchase services.
6. 4. The cost of international shipment services for the Shipment, which the Customer is responsible for, is calculated in the personal account in the currency of the international representation where the Shipment was processed. There are 3 currency accounts available:

Currency conversion within one Personal Account, in case of incorrect balance replenishment by the Customer or the presence of residual funds in another currency (GBP/EUR), is carried out by the meest.shopping@meest.com support department upon receiving a written conversion request from the Customer, at the ECB (European Central Bank) cross rate on the day of conversion.
6. 6. In case of incorrect payment of the invoice in the Personal Account by the Customer, if necessary to refund the full replenishment amount, the Customer must contact the meest.shopping@meest.com support service, if the funds were paid for shipments from Britain/Ukraine, or create a request in the Personal Account, selecting the appropriate topic, if the funds were paid for shipments from the USA.
6. 7. In cases where the Meest Shopping service agrees to refund funds from the Customer’s personal account, upon receiving a written request from the Customer at meest.shopping@meest.com or through the personal account’s request system, such refund is made only to the payment card used for the personal account balance replenishment operation by the Customer.
6. 8. The calculation of the cost of shipment services from the International Representation warehouse to the destination country is made based on the actual/volumetric weight of the formed Shipment after processing by the warehouse employees at the Customer’s instruction, taking into account the weight/size of the packaging.
6. 9. The final cost of delivering the formed Shipment includes the cost of delivery service, customs clearance, and additional services specified by the Customer during the formation of this Shipment and/or added automatically (Clause 6.2.1. Meest Shopping System).
7. 1. General provisions.
7. 1. 1. The parties are responsible for the non-performance or improper performance of their obligations under this Contract.
7. 1. 2. The Parties are exempt from liability for partial or complete non-performance of obligations under this Contract if such non-performance is caused by force majeure circumstances.
Force majeure circumstances include: wars, natural disasters, blockades, earthquakes, quarantine restrictions, floods, actions of government authorities of the Customer’s residence or the Executor’s residence (including International Representatives listed in the SOW under item 3.2.), hindering the fulfillment of obligations by the parties.
A party affected by force majeure circumstances must notify the other party in writing within 24 hours of their occurrence. The occurrence and effect of force majeure circumstances must be confirmed by a certificate from the Chamber of Commerce or another authorized state body.
7. 1. 3. All disputes arising from or related to this Contract are resolved through negotiations between the Parties.
7. 1. 4. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be settled in court in accordance with the current legislation of the country of registration of the Executor and/or the country of registration of subcontractors (in the case of Meest Polska sp. z o.o – legislation of the Republic of Poland, and in the case of MEEST America Inc. – legislation of the United States of America). The parties to the Contract have unequivocally agreed that the competent judicial authorities to resolve disputes between the parties regarding the performance of this Contract are the state judicial authorities of the country of registration of the Executor. All costs for filing a lawsuit, legal support, and the court proceedings are borne by the party initiating the legal dispute.
7. 2. Executor’s liability.
7. 2. 1. The liability of the Executor is limited as follows:
7. 2. 1. 1. In case of damage to the Shipment due to the fault of the Executor, the latter compensates the Customer in the amount determined by the claims department of the carrier chosen by the Customer when arranging this Shipment or the Executor’s company, within the declared or insured value limits.
7. 2. 1. 2. In case of total loss of the Shipment due to the fault of the Executor, the latter compensates the Customer in the amount of the declared value but not exceeding 60 y.o. (y.o. – currency of the declared value of the goods), if the Customer did not purchase additional insurance and the cost of shipping this Shipment to the recipient’s country in case of payment by the Customer.
7. 2. 1. 2. 1. In case the Customer purchases additional insurance, the Executor reimburses the amount insured for the Shipment. The maximum insurance service amount for one Shipment for transportation to Ukraine is 3,000 y.o.
7. 2. 1. 2. 2. An exception is the loss of Shipments from the USA due to natural disasters, acts of unfriendly states, law enforcement, quarantine, riots, strikes, whether partial or general, maritime risks and hazards, actions of the Shipper or failure to fulfill its obligations, internal defects of the Shipment, or any conditions beyond the Carrier’s control, including, but not limited to:
7. 2. 1. 3. The Executor’s liability for the preservation of the Shipment ceases from the moment of its delivery to the Consignee by the carrier company.
7. 2. 1. 4. In case of delayed delivery of the Shipment to the MMPO in Poland due to the fault of the Executor without prior notification, the latter must compensate the Customer 10% of the service cost for the transportation of this Shipment (excluding the cost of additional services and customs clearance) for each day of delay, but not exceeding 100% of the delivery service cost.
7. 2. 1. 4. 1. Compensation for the cost of delivery service is made by crediting this amount to the balance of the Customer’s personal account. The funds can be used to pay for the delivery services of subsequent shipments.
7. 2. 2. The Executor shall not be liable for:
7. 2. 2. 1. Insufficient cargo or discrepancy in the attachment description provided the external packaging integrity is maintained;
7. 2. 2. 2. Damage or internal shortage of the order due to the Customer’s or Seller’s failure to comply with requirements regarding its packaging, labeling, or declaration (transport packaging of the packed cargo must comply with all technical requirements specified by international and state standards);
7. 2. 2. 3. Failure to meet delivery deadlines to the MMP Poland due to improper submission of the shipment in the Personal Cabinet regulated by Meest Shopping;
7. 2. 2. 4. Failure to meet delivery deadlines for the period of the order’s validity in the country as a whole and/or the recipient’s region or the region of the International Representation warehouse, responsible for unloading and/or acting as a transit warehouse, including the effects of force majeure, such as delays at border checkpoints, state of war, military actions, adverse and difficult weather conditions, pandemics, and related quarantine restrictions preventing the Executor from fulfilling obligations for timely delivery of the shipment;
7. 2. 2. 5. Damage to the shipment resulting from the submission of the order to the International Representation warehouse and/or its transfer for transportation after the Customer’s processing without indicating in the accompanying documents its special properties requiring specific conditions or precautions for its preservation during transportation or storage;
7. 2. 2. 6. Loss of the shipment (or part of it) if it is established that such fact was recorded after the delivery of the shipment to the recipient, provided the following conditions are met: the order was accepted and entrusted for shipment in compliance with all established requirements, and there is no external damage to its packaging;
7. 2. 2. 7. Damage to the cargo during transportation, caused by repackaging the order during its separation and/or removal of additional packaging upon the request or agreement of the Customer;
7. 2. 2. 8. For indirect losses or the Customer’s lost benefit/profit, regardless of their nature of origin;
7. 2. 2. 9. For the quality and quantity of the goods, compliance of the goods with the description/characteristics specified by the Seller.
7. 3. Customer’s liability:
7. 3. 1. The Customer’s liability is limited as follows:
7. 3. 1. 1. The Customer fully bears sole responsibility for all negative consequences (damage to the contents of the order, deformation, etc.) if the Seller uses improper packaging of the shipment (packaging that does not correspond to the characteristics of the shipment, its weight, or established standards, technical conditions, and requirements for packaging the shipment) and the absence of special marking.
7. 3. 1. 2. The Customer is fully responsible for damages caused to third parties whose shipments were transported or stored together with such shipment containing any type of chemical substances, acids, or other hazardous compounds in the attachment.
7. 3. 1. 3. The Customer bears full personal responsibility for all possible financial losses/damages related to the delivery to the International Representation warehouse of goods listed as prohibited for dispatch in international postal shipments.
7. 3. 1. 4. In the case of applying financial sanctions, fines, or other financial penalties stipulated by the Customs Code of the EU and other EU regulations to the Executor and/or third parties involved by it (according to clause 4.2.3), caused by the Customer providing incomplete and/or inaccurate information and documents, committing other violations by the Customer, as well as in connection with the untimely provision by the Customer of the necessary documents and information for declaration, the Customer undertakes to pay the Executor a fine equal to the amount of financial penalties imposed on the Executor or the amount of the fine imposed on the third party involved by the Executor or other types of financial liability imposed on the Executor or involved third parties.
7. 3. 1. 5. In case of establishing, during the consignment of the cargo by the carrier, the absence of part or the entire contents of the consignment provided the packaging integrity and the absence of consolidation services, the responsibility lies with the Customer or Seller.
7. 3. 1. 6. Services are considered provided to the Customer from the moment the Customer or Recipient receives the formed parcel in the country of the Recipient.
7. 3. 1. 7. The Customer fully bears sole responsibility for the content of orders, compliance of the actual content with declared data, and compliance with the list of goods prohibited for dispatch, regulated by the customs legislation of the country of the Recipient and the country of the Sender and/or Seller.
8. 1. The Contract becomes effective upon the Customer’s registration of a personal account on the Executor’s websites https://web.meest.shopping/login or through the Executor’s mobile application (as specified in paragraph 1.4).
8. 2. The Contract and/or Meest Shopping Terms of Service may be amended by the Executor without any special notice. The sole current version of the Contract is available at https://meest.shopping/uploads/elFinder/europe/ назва-оферти.pdf. The continued use of the services by the Customer after the modification of the current terms of the Contract, posted on the Executor’s website, will be considered as the Customer’s acceptance of the introduced changes and additions.
8. 3. The current version of the Contract automatically nullifies the terms provided in the previous version.
8. 4. The Executor reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the provision of services to the Customer in case of the latter’s violation of any condition of this Contract.
8. 5. The term of the Contract is limited to the fulfillment of the Parties’ obligations under the terms of this Contract.

1. 1. Standard Service Terms (hereinafter referred to as SST) – developed by the Executor to regulate and standardize the package of services for the processing and dispatch of international postal shipments.
1. 2. By registering a personal account, the Customer confirms that they have read and agree to the provisions of these Terms and the Public Offer Contract.
1. 3. The provisions of SST take precedence over the provisions of the Public Offer Contract.
2. 1. To start using the Meest Shopping service, the Customer needs to register an account through the Executor’s website or install the Executor’s mobile application by completing a direct registration.
2. 2. By completing the account registration, the Customer confirms their acceptance of all, without exception, terms of these SST and the Public Offer.
2. 3. The standard registration procedure involves the Customer providing their mobile phone number, the email address that will serve as the login for entry, a password and its confirmation, agreement with the public offer agreement, and privacy policy.
2. 4. Upon entering the data specified in clause 2.3 of SST, the service system will generate an SMS and/or email for registration confirmation to the Customer’s email.
2. 5. The Customer will be assigned a personal identifier (hereinafter ID number) in a format of 4 to 7 digits: XXXXXXX. The ID number is the main identifier of the Meest Shopping service user.
2. 6. The Customer may register only one account; in case of duplication, the Executor reserves the right to delete one of the accounts unilaterally with additional notification of the Customer.
2. 7. From the moment the Customer receives the ID number, the Executor grants the Customer the right to use the addresses of International representations for the delivery organization, for orders placed on the Seller’s website or sent by individuals/legal entities to these addresses.
2. 8. To complete the account registration procedure, the Customer needs to fill in profile details, including:
3. 1. To place an order, the Customer must register on the Seller’s website, providing their full name and personal ID in the respective fields, filling in other necessary information, adding the selected item to the cart, and completing the payment for the product.
3. 2. The Customer is obligated to ensure the delivery of the paid product to the current address of the International Representation warehouse according to the warehouse schedule as outlined on the website https://global.meest. shopping/eu#address
3. 3. After receiving the tracking number from the carrier company, the Customer needs to register this number in their user account by filling out the corresponding form in the «Orders» tab or using the «Send in one click» service.
3. 4. Declaration of the order value is carried out in three currencies, depending on the country of purchase: USD for the international representation of the USA GBP for the international representation of Britain EUR for the international representation of Ukraine
3. 5. The tracking number must be registered no later than the actual delivery date of the item with this tracking number to the warehouse of the international representation.
3. 5. 1. The Executor is not responsible for the delay in identifying the product caused by the Customer’s untimely registration of the product in their user account.
3. 6. Customer data specified in the user account (namely, full name) must correspond to the data provided by the Customer when placing the order on the Seller’s website and will be used by the Seller and/or the transport company for the delivery of this purchase to the International Representation warehouse.
3. 7. If the Customer’s data and the Recipient’s data for the order going to the International Representation warehouse differ, the Executor’s representative reserves the right to:
3. 7. 1. Refuse to accept such an order when attempting to deliver it to the International Representation warehouse.
3. 7. 2. Return such item to the Seller without prior agreement with the Customer.
3. 7. 3. Request from the Customer the passport details of the owner of the user account and the person specified as the recipient of such order, documents confirming the purchase of this order, for the purpose of identification of the order owner.
3. 8. Meest Shopping warehouses do not accept shipments with delayed payment. Some online stores in Britain, Ukraine, and the USA provide the option to pay for the shipment upon delivery. Meest Shopping does not handle such shipments. All shipments sent to Meest Shopping warehouse must be already paid.
3. 8. 1. In case of delivering a shipment with cash on delivery to the warehouse of the international representation, the Executor reserves the right to temporarily block the user account until the Customer actually pays for this purchase.
4. 1. Only attachments that do not contain items prohibited for air transportation and transportation by ground or sea transport are accepted for international postal shipments (hereinafter - IPS). Items, the export of which from the Seller’s/Sender’s country and/or import into EU countries is not prohibited by the legislation of the Sender’s/ Seller’s/Recipient’s country or the Universal Postal Convention, are accepted for transportation.
4. 2. IPS should not contain attachments, the dispatch of which is restricted by legislative acts/regulations of the Seller’s/Sender’s country and/or EU countries, regulatory documents, international norms and acts, including, but not limited to:
4. 3. The Executor reserves the right to refuse the acceptance for transportation of any shipment if there is suspicion of prohibited contents, contents that may pose a threat to human life/health, cause damage or destruction to other shipments, but not exclusively.
4. 4. The Executor reserves the right to change the type of delivery in case the Sender specifies a certain mode of transportation (e.g., air) when sending the goods.
4. 5. The Sender must compensate the Executor for all losses, penalty/customs charges, or any other financial expenses incurred due to the violation of the list of prohibited items for transportation or any other conditions specified in the General Terms and Conditions.
4. 6. Requirements for the packaging of International Postal Shipments (IPS).
4. 6. 1. Corrugated cardboard boxes are used for packaging international postal shipments (IPS) that, in their characteristics (thickness, strength, complexity, etc.), can undergo technical processing and multiple reloading. Indivisible items in factory packaging (wooden, cork boxes, and boxes made of strong cardboard) that comply with the established dimensions and ensure the preservation of the contents do not require additional packaging.
To prevent movement inside the parcel, items and goods must be tightly packed or filled with fillers (bubble wrap, paper, material, etc.) to prevent movement during reloading and technical processing.
4. 6. 2. Packaging requirements for goods, items, and other valuable materials that are sent by parcels and require special packaging conditions:
4. 6. 3. Clothing items, carpets, and other soft products can be packed in a soft covering (fabric). It is advisable to pre-pack such items in polyethylene film or other moisture-resistant material. The soft covering (bag, pouch) must be sewn with an internal seam. The upper part of the bag (pouch) is folded and securely tied with twine or secured with other packaging material.
5. 1. Identification of the Customer’s purchase, arriving at the international representation warehouse, is done by scanning the tracking number (barcode) previously registered by the Customer in their personal account.
5. 1. 1. The identification procedure also involves weighing the purchase upon arrival at the warehouse and placing it in a compartment of the corresponding size for further processing or transfer to the shipping formation zone if the cargo is registered by the customer as «Send in one click.»
5. 1. 1. 1. An exception is purchases addressed to the USA representation warehouse, where the standard weighing procedure of the Goods at the time of its identification is not provided, but only as an additional service.
5. 2. In the absence of a registered tracking number for the purchase from the Customer in the database at the time of scanning, the Executor’s representative will conduct an identification procedure by the ID number.
5. 2. 1. Such an order will be registered without a description of the content, quantity of goods, and with zero value in the personal account, the ID of which is indicated in the accompanying documents.
5. 2. 2. The possibility of processing such an order by the Customer will be available only after editing, which includes selecting the product category, fixing the value, and quantity of units of goods.
5. 3. In the absence of a previously registered tracking number by the Customer and the ID on the box, such an order will be considered «unidentified» and entered into the register of «unidentified» cargo.
5. 4. To identify the purchase after its actual delivery to the international representation warehouse, the Customer must register the tracking number of such a purchase in their personal account for its transfer by the system from the «unidentified cargo» database to the Customer’s account.
5. 5. The free storage period for the purchase at the international representation warehouse of Britain/Ukraine is 14 calendar days and 28 days for the USA warehouse, from the moment of scanning this purchase into the user’s account or in the register of unidentified purchases (according to paragraph 5.3.).
5. 6. The maximum storage period for the purchase at the warehouse is 3 calendar months. In the absence of a request from the Customer for the identification of such an order, it will be assigned the status of «unused cargo.»
5. 6. 1. Cargo with the status of «unused» is sent for disposal.
5. 6. 2. The Executor does not consider claims for compensation for the cost of «unused» cargo or any other indirect damages caused to the Customer by its disposal.
6. 1. From the moment the customer scans the purchase in their account, they have the option to process the purchase for shipment to a European Union country.
6. 2. In addition to the standard services provided by the international delivery service, the customer can apply additional warehouse services to each order.

6. 3. The list of additional services is regulated at each warehouse, with corresponding tariffs and application conditions:
6. 4. The executor reserves the right to refuse the customer’s application for a specific additional service but is obliged to inform them via email or notification in the personal account.
6. 5. Depending on the type of additional service, the customer can choose them when registering the tracking number in the personal account; after scanning the tracking number by the warehouse representative and when processing the application for shipment to the recipient’s country.
6. 5. 1. The list of additional services available at each stage will be active for selection in the personal account.
6. 5. 2. The customer cannot demand the application of an additional service that is not available for selection at this stage or at the warehouse of the chosen International representation.
6. 6. After scanning the tracking numbers at the International representation warehouse and selecting additional services, the customer must create a Shipment Processing Request.
6. 6. 1. The Shipment Processing Request involves selecting one or more tracking numbers in the «Orders» - «Goods» tab to form a shipment, with the option to choose additional services available at this stage.
6. 6. 2. During the application process, the customer must choose the recipient’s address from the list created earlier or add a new recipient’s address.
6. 6. 3. When creating the recipient’s address, the customer can choose a convenient delivery option with the carrier GLS.
6. 7. From the moment the customer creates the Shipment Processing Request, making any changes to the tracking numbers added to this request or editing the request itself (including the final recipient, type of delivery but not exclusively) is not allowed.
6. 8. By submitting the Shipment Processing Request, the customer agrees to initiate the shipment formation process, which is irreversible and cannot be suspended.
6. 9. In case of the customer’s failure to submit a shipment request for goods stored in the warehouse for 90 calendar days or more from the scanning moment, the executor reserves the right to assign the status of «unclaimed cargo» to such goods and dispose of them at their discretion, including covering the costs of storing such cargo.
7. 1. In accordance with the order placed by the Customer for shipment processing, the Executor’s representative prepares a customs declaration (CN23), the number of which is automatically generated in the format CVXXXXXXXXXUS (where US is the sender’s country code), and physically assembles the MPV using the services chosen by the Customer.
7. 2. Shipment preparation automatically generates an invoice for the Customer, including the cost of delivery services and additional services, in the currency of the warehouse:
7. 3. Payment is made through Revolut payment system for shipments from the UK/Ukraine or Petroleum Card Services for shipments from the USA, by entering the Customer’s credit card information, in accordance with the terms of the Customer’s issuing bank without standard commission, provided payment is made through the mobile application or web version of the personal account.
7 .4. Tariffing of delivery services and additional/standard services is carried out according to the current tariff of each warehouse (according to clause 7.2).
7. 5. The invoice for the payment of the MPV delivery service cost will automatically include the cost of standard services, the accrual of which is carried out by the system automatically, in accordance with clause 6.2.1.
7 .6. Shipments processed by the Customer will be sent to EU countries after payment of the invoice in the personal account.
7. 7. In case of non-payment for MPV delivery services within 90 calendar days from the invoice generation date, the Executor reserves the right to assign the status of «unclaimed» to such shipment and dispose of it at their discretion or send it for disposal.
7. 7. 1. The Customer confirms the conditions of clause 7.7. by refusing to pay for the delivery services of such shipment or not making the payment within the specified period.
7. 8. The maximum permissible delivery terms for MPV from the moment of dispatch from the international representation warehouse to the arrival at the MMPO Chentuha are:

8. 1. The maximum dimension (length) should not exceed 200 cm. The sum of the length and diameter should not exceed 300 cm.
8. 2. The maximum allowable weight for international postal shipments should not exceed 30 kg.
8. 3. In case of exceeding the length of international postal shipments beyond the maximum allowed value, but not more than 2 m, the Sender will need to pay the cost for each side of the excess according to the Sender country’s tariff:

Exceeding the size of one side from 100 cm to 120 cm — £8.70
Exceeding the size of one side from 120 cm to 150 cm — £18.15
Exceeding the size of one side over 150 cm — £22.50
8. 4. In warehouses of International Representatives where there is no tariff for exceeding the size of sides, such excess is not provided for and/or the cost calculation is based on volumetric weight.
8. 4. 1. The formula for determining volumetric weight for international shipments from the USA applies to all shipments, including those with restrictions specified in clause 8.1., provided that the volumetric weight exceeds the actual weight threefold:
Air: (actual weight * tariff) + 2 * (volumetric weight – actual weight)
Sea: (actual weight * tariff) + (volumetric weight – actual weight)
8. 5. In case of non-compliance with the dimensions and/or weight of the shipment according to the conditionsspecified in clauses 8.1. and 8.2., the Executor reserves the right to refuse transportation of such a Shipment withthe possibility for the Customer to:
8. 5. 1. The Customer must inform the Executor of the decision regarding the Shipment within a period not exceeding 7 calendar days. In the absence of a decision within the specified period, the Executor will independently determine further actions regarding such Shipment.
8. 5. 2. The Customer automatically agrees to the conditions of clause 8.5.1. by not providing any information within the specified period.
9. 1. The cost of customs clearance is 26% of the declared value of the contents of the parcel and is classified as a standard additional service. At the time of formation of the international postal shipment, it is automatically included in the total invoice.
9. 1. 1. The exception is international postal shipment addressed to Poland, the value of which does not exceed 45 EUR. Such a shipment does not require additional taxation.
9. 1. 2. If the value of an international mail item addressed to Poland exceeds EUR 45, or exceeds EUR 200 and is addressed to EU countries other than Poland, the cost of USD 45 for additional customs services will be added to the cost of customs clearance of 26%. The Customer must also provide a written consent to the brokerage company for customs clearance of such international mail on his behalf. The consent template will be available in the user’s personal account.
9. 2. The term of the customs clearance procedure is 7 working days.
9. 3. If it is necessary to determine the value of the shipment, the Customer must provide an invoice from the store and a bank statement to confirm the payment. Additionally, the customs inspector may request a copy of the recipient’s passport. The Executor is not responsible for the actions of customs authorities.
9. 4. Payment of customs duties for international postal shipments is made through the myMeest Shopping mobile app or web version of the personal cabinet by paying the invoice.
10 .1. In the case of receiving international postal delivery services of improper quality, including damage or loss of cargo, but not exclusively, the Customer may file a claim within the period regulated by the carrier (GLS), by completing the relevant form (which can be obtained upon request to the carrier’s support service, which carried out the delivery).
