Features of delivery with Allegro via DHL.

When making a purchase on Allegro.pl, the customer can choose different delivery methods. One of the new options is Allegro Delivery, which is often carried out by DHL.

Please note that:

Allegro Delivery does not provide a standard tracking number that makes it easy to track the parcel or identify it in the Meest Shopping warehouse. Instead, the customer receives a generated code consisting of letters and numbers.

This code:

  • is placed on the parcel label;
  • is not intended for scanning or automatic tracking;
  • is not sufficient to identify the parcel in the warehouse.

Moreover, DHL often erases the recipient's data in accordance with GDPR requirements, making it impossible to identify even manually through the customer service.

What should you do?

To avoid delaying your order, be sure to contact the seller on allegro.pl and ask for a full tracking number to track your parcel. This can be done through your Allegro account in the messages section. This is the only way we can accept and process your parcel at the Meest Shopping warehouse.

How does it work?

1. Sign Up in Meest Shopping

Sign Up on our website or in myMeest Shopping mobile application to receive a personal account number (ID number) and addresses abroad to which a foreign online store will deliver your orders.

2. Purchase in the store

Purchase in a foreign online store. When placing your order, indicate the address of our international warehouse and its number, and add the personal ID number received during registration next to the name.

3. Register your purchase

Register your online purchase in your personal Meest Shopping account or the myMeest Shopping mobile app, confirm its shipment, pay for shipping, and wait for the order to arrive.

4. Get your parcel

Receive your online purchase and use the Meest Shopping service again by recommending us to your friends.

Sign up for Meest Shopping

First, you must register your account on the meest.shopping website or in the myMeest Shopping mobile application. By registering, you will receive a personal ID number, which is necessary to deliver purchases

Create recipient address

In your personal account on the site or in the myMeest Shopping mobile application, select Recipient Addresses and fill in all the data. After creation, a confirmation letter will be sent to your e-mail. Please note that you need to confirm the recipient's address from the same device from which it was created.

Register on the store website

Register on the store's website using the warehouse address as the delivery address for convenience. All addresses can be found here.

Fill in personal data: full name, e-mail, and add ID-number next to the name or in any other line where it is allowed to enter numbers. Please enter your warehouse phone number. Please note that some stores do not allow you to use one number several times. In this case, indicate your own phone number - this will not affect the delivery.

Purchase goods in the online store

Now you need to purchase and pay for delivery to our warehouse. When placing an order, add the personal ID number you received during registration next to your name, but if the system does not skip it, add the ID number in any other line.

For the delivery address, please indicate the address of our warehouse in that country. In line with the phone number, do not forget to add the warehouse number. All information about warehouses.

Register your purchase

After the purchase, the delivery service will send an e-mail with a tracking number. After receiving it, register the order in the myMeest Shopping mobile application.

Pay for shipping

Employees will process the application and issue an invoice as soon as the parcel arrives at the warehouse. You will receive a notification in the myMeest Shopping mobile app or e-mail. At this stage, you need to pay for shipping.

Send a parcel to your home

In the myMeest Shopping mobile app, go to the Order section, click on the item number, and select Send.

Get an order

As soon as the parcel arrives at your specified address, an e-mail will be sent to your e-mail. Also, arrival information will be displayed in your account. Pick up your purchases faster and enjoy new clothes!
