Sending a parcel from an individual

Instructions

1. Register in the myMeest Shopping mobile application to get an account number (ID number).

2. The parcel must be delivered to our warehouse (the warehouse address can be found in the app or on the meest.shopping website). You can deliver by yourself or any local carrier (a courier delivery is required).

3. On the box, you must indicate the account owner's name and the account number (ID number).

4. If you deliver on your own, warehouse workers will register the parcel in the office, the number of which is indicated on the box.

If a local carrier delivers, you will be provided with a tracking number, and it must be registered in the Meest Shopping account before arriving at the warehouse.

5. In the app, create the address of the recipient, to which you subsequently arrange the delivery of the parcel. After creating the address, you need to confirm it by your e-mail. In the letter, you need to click the Confirm button, and your address in your account will change the status to Confirmed. The address is now ready to use.

6. When the parcel arrives at the warehouse, the warehouse staff will identify it by scanning the tracking number, and you can create an application for shipment. In the Order section, click the item number and select Send.

7. Warehouse staff will process your application, issue an invoice and send the goods to Israel according to the schedule.
